In 2007, Super Window Project™ was founded by Baron Osuna to lead initiatives in the field of contemporary art : exhibitions, performances, artwork and multiples production, catalogues, and the publication of artists books.
In December 2007, Super Window Project™ opened Gallery, a (con)temporary and experimental exhibition space in a 1975 modernist house on the residential nothern hills of Kyoto, the traditional heart of Japan. The program aims to question the status of the gallery itself and to challenge the flourishing young Japanese art scene from a different perspective, by introducing for the first time in Japan a selection of European artists : Bouke de Vries (NL), Item Idem (FR), Bernard Joisten (FR), Pierre La Police (FR), Guillaume Leingre (FR), Perrine Lievens (FR), Mathieu Mercier (FR), Aurélie Pétrel (FR), Sandrine Pelletier (CH), Morgane Tschiember (FR).
À l’occasion de l’exposition en ligneRappel, Aurélie Petrel invite Baron Osuna à écrire sur sa proposition.
